Wine-
making process :
A maceration of grape skins for 6
to 9 days for the largest extraction
of the tannins. According to the wine
you want, you can set a wood-netting
on the vat once the juice has been
extracted. The juice is then poured
onto the grapes and this will allow
the maceration to be done by complete
immersion in order to increase the
extraction of the colour, the fragrance
and the tannins. |

Comments
on the tasting :
A balanced wine which deserves to
be tasted. A fruity riper nose than
in young wines. Ashiny purplish -
red colour. A fruity palate that intensifies
and then gives more subtle fragrances.
It can age up to 4 years easily. |
